Question 1

What payment methods do you support?

Accepted Answer

Online checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. If your workplace prefers to pay by invoice or purchase order, that can be arranged for approved accounts — just ask when you request a quote.

Question 2

Do your listed prices include GST?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By default, listed prices include GST.

Question 3

Can I get a quote online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send through what you need via our quote form, or use the brief on our government, education, fitout, or trade pages if that suits you better. Most quotes come back within one to two business days.

Question 4

What is the average delivery time?

Accepted Answer

Usually 3–10 business days. Larger orders are scheduled around when you need them on site — exact timing is confirmed on your quote or order.

Question 5

Can you deliver anywhere in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver Australia-wide, including many regional areas. If you're ordering for more than one location, we can often stage freight so deliveries arrive when each site is ready.

Question 6

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can often avoid shipping costs by collecting from a supplier warehouse, depending on the product and your location. Check our contact page for location support and pickup availability.

Question 7

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order details and photos so we can sort it out quickly.

Question 8

What does supplier stock mean?

Accepted Answer

It means we don't hold every item in our own warehouse. Availability depends on supplier stock levels, but most lines are in stock or can be sourced quickly.

Question 9

Do your products come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All products include warranty coverage. Periods vary by product and commonly range from 2 to 15 years — you'll see the details on the product page or quote.

Question 10

How do I report a warranty issue?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact page or email sales@iconicofficefurniture.com.au with your order details, a short description of the issue, and photos if relevant.

Question 11

How long does it take to process a refund?

Accepted Answer

After a return is approved and received, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Question 12

What is AFRDI certification, and why does it matter for office furniture?

Accepted Answer

AFRDI is an independent Australian testing body that checks furniture against strict standards for safety, strength, and durability. AFRDI-certified products are tested for long-term workplace use and are often preferred by schools and public-sector buyers. See our certifications page.

Question 13

Without a physical showroom, how can I check material quality before buying?

Accepted Answer

For selected ranges, we can arrange supplier showroom appointments so you can review products in person before placing a larger order.

Question 14

How accurate are the product images and descriptions?

Accepted Answer

Product images and descriptions are provided by suppliers and reviewed before listing. If you need clarification on finishes, dimensions, or materials, contact us before ordering — we're happy to help.

Question 15

Do you provide assembly instructions and spec sheets?

Accepted Answer

Many products include assembly instructions. If you need spec sheets, line drawings, or certification documents, contact us and we can help.
