Orders are typically dispatched within 3-12 business days approx. Contact us directly for urgent delivery requests. All standard deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of the delivery address.
Regional deliveries will require you contacting us for a personalised quote based on your location and items.
If you require delivery to a specific floor or have unique site access requirements (e.g., building inductions), please notify us at checkout. Additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons within the customer's control (e.g., inaccessibility of site, customer not present at the agreed time).
Additional charges will apply for deliveries requiring site inductions, specific access protocols, construction sites.
Goods may be returned within 7 Days of the invoice date.
Returns are accepted if goods are wrongly supplied, defective, or do not match the order specifications.
Change of Mind:
Returns for "change of mind" are at the discretion of Iconic Office Furniture
A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value will apply.
The customer is responsible for all return freight costs.
Goods must be returned in their original, unassembled condition and in their original packaging with all instruction materials and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items:
Assembled furniture cannot be returned.
Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable.
Any issues such as damage, faults, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 2 business days of receiving the goods.
Email our customer service team with your invoice number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. For approved claims, we will repair, replace, or swap parts to remedy the issue at our discretion.
All goods are covered by a commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or use for an unintended purpose.
Warranties extend only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We may require the product to be made available for inspection.
Cancellations are only accepted for in-stock items prior to the delivery date. Cancellations are not accepted for custom or specially ordered goods.
Legal and beneficial ownership of goods does not pass to the customer until the items have been paid for in full. Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon delivery.
